Smith.ai Reviews and Alternatives (2026)
What is a lower-cost alternative to Smith.ai's human receptionists?
An AI receptionist. Smith.ai's own AI Receptionist has a free tier and a $150 per month Pro plan. Prisma Voices starts at $30 per month plus $0.50 per answered minute, with a 4-day free trial. Both cost less than the $300 Starter plan for human receptionists.
